Nine Life Group ("Nine Life Group," "we," "us") is an independent insurance agency based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, city and state, and your street address if you choose to enter it.
• Details about you: your date of birth or age range, how you earn your income, and your marital status.
• Coverage details: what you are looking for, whether you already have life insurance, the amount of coverage you want, and who depends on your income, including any first names you choose to share.
• A general health question: whether you have had a heart attack, stroke, or cancer in the last three years. We ask because it affects which insurance companies and benefits may be available to you.
• Calculator entries: if you use our IUL calculator and then request a review, we receive the numbers you entered, such as age, gender, tobacco use, contribution amount, and goal.

Information collected automatically

• The page you submitted your request from, the page you first arrived on, and the website that referred you.
• Advertising campaign tags in the link you clicked, such as the name of the ad or campaign.
• The date and time of your request.
• The results of basic checks we run on the email address and phone number you enter, for example whether the email domain can receive mail and which state the area code belongs to.

We do not use this website to collect Social Security numbers, bank or payment card details, or medical records.

How we use your information

• To contact you about your request by phone, text message, and email.
• To prepare coverage options and illustrations and to connect you with a licensed agent.
• To confirm that requests are genuine and to prevent spam and fraud.
• To keep records and to comply with insurance laws and regulations.
• To understand which of our ads and pages are useful so we can improve them.

How we share your information

• Our licensed agents, so they can help you.
• Insurance companies, when you ask us for a quote or choose to apply for coverage.
• Service providers that run our business tools, including our customer relationship and messaging platform and our website host. They may only use your information to provide services to us.
• Tools built into this website. Fonts and scripts are loaded from Google Fonts and cdnjs. If you type a street address, the text you type is sent to an address lookup service (Photon by Komoot) to suggest matches. When you enter an email address, its domain name is checked through Google Public DNS. These services receive your internet address as part of delivering their response.
• Regulators, courts, and law enforcement, when the law requires it or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every sharing category above and will not be shared with any third parties.

Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number and agree to the consent language on our forms, you agree that Nine Life Group and its licensed agents may call and text you about your request and about life insurance options, including by calls and texts that use automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Cookies and browser storage

This website does not set advertising cookies. It uses your browser's own storage on your device to remember, during your visit, which ad or link brought you here, and to resend a request if it failed to send the first time. You can clear this at any time in your browser settings.

How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and for as long as insurance record-keeping rules require. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we will do so unless the law requires us to keep it.

How we protect your information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, and this website is served over an encrypted connection. No method of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

• Texts: reply STOP to any message.
• Emails: use the unsubscribe link or reply and ask us to stop.
• Calls: tell the agent, or contact us, and we will stop calling.
• Your data: you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, state law may give you additional rights. We will not treat you differently for using them. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is for adults. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
